1) Climbing a rope, 2) touching my toes, and 3) waterskiing/wakeboarding – which I used to be able to do easily. Since I started at Bluprint, I can now water ski for fun – even slalom ski again, something I haven’t been able to do since my teen years.
Personal Transformation Description
Since starting at Bluprint, my attitude about exercise has changed. I used to dread going to the gym and thought the only benefit of class workouts was to grovel in misery with others who were doing the same thing (it’s not). Now, the gym is something to look forward to: the people, the hard work, the feeling of accomplishment, and the results.
My life is not a whole lot different outside of the gym than it used to be, but the way I FEEL about that life is. Waking up is easier, and I am sleeping less while having more energy. The confidence I have gained in my body and appearance makes pretty much all social situations more enjoyable. Not feeling guilty about weekend junk food is also a nice perk! Overall, being a Bluprint member is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
