Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
Dash of turmeric
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs organic ketchup
1 free range egg
¼ cup minced white onion
½ cup minced button mushrooms

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form into loaf.

Combine 1 additional Tbs ketchup and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar and brush the top of the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
