Ingredients

Meat
1 Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs

BBQ Spice Rub
1 Tsp Hungarian Paprika
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Sea Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Cocoa
1 Tsp Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Chili Powder
¼ Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Garlic Powder/Granules

BBQ Basting Sauce
1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tsp Organic Ketchup
1 Tsp Organic Maple Syrup or Honey

Instructions
Combine spice mixture and spread rib rub evenly over meat (top, bottom, sides). I normally try to do this either the night before cooking or the morning of to allow the spice mixture to really absorb into the meat. Combine basting sauce ingredients and set aside to apply near the end of cooking. Cook on indirect medium heat (grill) for 45-60 minutes. Note: do not open the grill prior to 45 minutes. Once ribs look close to being done (more bone is showing on the edge of the ribs), baste ribs and cook another 10-15 minutes before taking them off the grill. Let sit for 10 minutes, cut & serve.
