Turkey Meatballs


Turkey Meatballs

1 lb Ground Turkey
¾ Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Hungarian Paprika
½ Tsp Cumin
3 Tsp Coconut Flour
1 Free Range Egg
¼ Sweet White Onion (Minced)
6 Button Mushrooms (Minced)
10 Basil Leaves (Chopped)
Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the bottom of your pan with coconut oil. Mince onion and mushrooms and chop basil leaves. Combine all ingredients with your hands and mold into 10-12 equal sized meatballs. Evenly space them on the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
