Biography

How long have you been part of the BluCru?

Since November 2014, I think. Time flies when you’re doing burpees.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

I think there are many:

  1. I am now a morning person. When you get up early you have so much more day! Also, by the end of the day you forgot you worked out.
  2. No more tendonitis, no more rotator cuff issues.
  3. Lost weight and inches. Had to get all new clothes. Oh yeah…now I am a runner!
  4. Did Spartan Race!

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

Bacon…and all of the above. Seriously. I like the one on one attention, comeraderie, support, community and that it is different every day. Also …waiting to hear my song contribution by ODB.

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Anything where I don’t have to bend my broken toe!

What would you tell someone considering joining?
No pressure, thoughtful substitutions. Variety in workouts. Friendship. Results.

What do you do for fun?

Everything. Being active, being with friends, eating great food, music. Rowing. Working, traveling. Living.
