Biography

How long have you been part of the BluCru?

In total, I’ve been doing Crossfit for 4.5 years.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

Even though I continue to get very strong, my biggest accomplishment is how far I have come with my mobility. I can now get past parallel on all squat movements and form a front shelf with my elbow up. Things I could never do when I started.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

The people and the competition. Blueprint is definitely a stress outlet for me after work. Being around really good people who share in my desire of fitness sends me home to my family in a really good mood.

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Rowing. Gives me a really good workout and one of the movements I can really excel at.

What would you tell someone considering joining?

Once you start you will get addicted and love it.

What do you do for fun?

Watch Gator sports, play intramural sports, travel and spend as much time as possible with my one an a half year old son, Adrian.

Coach’s Comments

Thomas has taken his health & fitness to the next level. Inside the gym he’s boasted multiple PR’s: back squat (340 lbs), OHS (240 lbs), and snatch (175 lbs). Outside of the gym, Thomas has revamped his nutrition and recovery practices resulting in a 3% decrease in body fat!
