Biography

How long have you been part of the BluCru?

2 years come August.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

Mobility and stepping outside the box and trying new things.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

The GAINZZZZZ, and of course the people!

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Lifting heavy ass weight!

What would you tell someone considering joining?

Take a leap. I would never have given CrossFit a shot if I didn’t take the advice of a friend. And it was the greatest decision I could make.

What do you do for fun?

Fish, hunt, eat, and lift heavy ass weight.

Coach’s Comments

I think everyone already knows how strong Scott is inside the gym, but just being strong doesn’t make you an AOTM. Scott has put in a lot of consistent work on his mobility, making crazy strides towards moving better. Whether it’s the OHS or the Kipping Pull-Up, Scott’s hard work is paying off in the form of pretty movements.
