Biography

How long have you been part of the BluCru?

September 2015 – 10 Glorious Months 🙂

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

Finding a fitness environment that I love and stick with. Seeing results of the work being put in. Also, being able to complete skills such as the different Olympic lifts that I never knew I was capable of doing.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

The coaches have created an environment that is so much fun. Every day is different which keeps things interesting! There are so many skills I want to learn, its exciting getting something for the first time. Not to mention, the feeling after completing a tough workout is the best.

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Practicing new skills and having a laugh with the other athletes!

What would you tell someone considering joining?

DO IT! I can guarantee you won’t regret it!!

You can get strong and fit in a supportive and friendly environment with THE best coaches in the game!

What do you do for fun?

Dinner/drinks with family & friends. Competing in Handball competitions. Travelling somewhere new!

Coach’s Comments

Hilary works her ass off on a daily basis to reach AND surpass her goals. Whether it’s making up a missed class during open gym, competing at a high level in Handball, or putting 110% effort into the WOD, Hilary’s hard work shows in everything she does. This dedication has resulted in shedding 17 lbs of fat and taking her body fat percentage from 23% to 14%! Hilary has accomplished great things in her time at Bluprint Fitness and her ceiling is only going up.
