Butternut Squash Soup


Butternut Squash Soup

1 Butternut Squash (Peel, Chop, Remove Seeds)
1 Granny Smith Apple 
3 Large Carrots 
1/2 Sweet White Onion
3 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Coconut Milk (From Can)
Dash of Cayenne
Salt and Pepper to Taste 


Chop all ingredients and boil in water or broth based on your preference and what you have. I usually use enough water to cover the chopped ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer until the ingredients are soft. Use a smart stick/immersion blender to smooth ingredients. Add coconut milk and spices. Serve and Enjoy!
