1lb Grass-fed Ground Beef
½-1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
½ Tsp Oregano
½ Tsp Sage
1 Tbs Water
Pepper to Taste

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands to make sure spices are evenly distributed. Form 8-10 uniform balls and flatten/mold into discs. Heat skillet to medium high and add 1-2 Tsp of coconut oil or ghee to coat the bottom. Cook for 2 ½ minutes per side or until preferred doneness. I cover the skillet normally for the first 60-90 seconds on each side, but then remove the cover to allow them to crisp up for the remainder of the cook time.
