Baked Sweet Potato Chips


Baked Sweet Potato Chips

2-3 Sweet Potatoes
½ Tsp Sea Salt
½ Tsp Cinnamon (optional)
2 Tsp Ghee or Coconut Oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat the baking sheet with coconut oil or ghee. Wash the sweet potatoes. Chop them into thin slices using a mandolin or a knife (if you are using a mandolin don’t get too “crazy with the cheese wiz”…we need you to keep your fingers intact). Spread potatoes out on the baking sheet(s). Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon and bake for 45-60 minutes based on desired crispness and char.
