Baked Plantains

3 Plantains
Sea Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Ghee or Coconut Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread a thin layer of Ghee or Coconut Oil on a baking sheet pan. Peel the plantains and cut in half. Slice each half long-ways into 4 equal width pieces. Spread the plantains out on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Cook for 30 minutes or until they soften and begin to turn light golden brown.
