Personal Transformation Description
I came to Bluprint by chance. I was planning on buying a rowing machine for home use, and was told I could tryout the Concept D model at this gym. Well I wound up trying out the erg…. and much more. Sixteen months later I’m more mobile, stronger and enjoying more stamina than I’ve had in many years. It’s important to say I would not be in this condition today working out alone in my home gym.
