Training Camp – Beginner’s Program

Training Camp is a 4-6 week on-ramp system that will progress you in a fun, safe, results-driven way. During Training Camp, you have access to Rowing, Boot Camp, and Training Camp classes. We require you to attend at least 6 Training Camp classes, 3 Rowing classes, and 3 Boot Camp classes (within 6-weeks of class 1) to set you up for SUCCESS.

Training Camp Objectives
  • Safely progress you to be AWESOME
  • Help you learn pacing and gears
  • Expose you to a wide variety of movement patterns
  • Expose you to different programming methods
  • Familiarize you with class flow
  • Teach the importance of mobility
  • Build-up your work capacity/endurance
  • Build a foundation of strength

 

 

Training Camp Class Access

As mentioned above, you have access to unlimited Rowing, Boot Camp, and Training Camp classes your first month at Bluprint Fitness. The schedules of these classes are listed below.

Monday

  • 7am – Rowing
  • 6pm – Rowing
  • 6pm – Training Camp

Tuesday

  • 6am – Boot Camp
  • 6pm – Boot Camp

Wednesday

  • 7am – Rowing
  • 6pm – Rowing
  • 6pm – Training Camp

Thursday

  • 6am – Boot Camp
  • 6pm – Boot Camp

Friday

  • 7am – Rowing

Saturday

  • N/A

Sunday

  • 8:30am – Boot Camp
