How Does Summer Shape Up Work?

Summer Shape Up is a 4-week program that focuses on exercise, nutrition, community, accountability, and having fun.

Who is Summer Shape Up For?

Summer Shape Up is for anyone who wants to be proud of what they see in the mirror. Whether you are a beginner or a frequent exerciser, Summer Shape Up will challenge your current level of fitness.

Class Times/Access:

3-5 Classes Per Week (3 Class Minimum/Week For Best Results)

Training Camp: Mon/Wed 6PM

Boot Camp: Tues/Thurs @ 6AM or 6PM

Rowing: Mon/Wed/Fri @ 7AM

Cost: $99

 

 

What to expect…

There is no better way to get the results you want then with Summer Shape Up at Bluprint Fitness! SSU is a program for anyone and everyone! Look forward to a welcoming environment that reduces stress, deflates typical gym myths, is FUN, and ultimately provides an avenue for ongoing success.

Participants will be motivated, ready to take over the world, and begin their journey to being stronger, faster, and healthier! 

The 4-week Summer Shape Up program is delivered over a 4-week period with participants attending 3-5 classes per week. Each session will be jammed packed full of knowledge, quality instruction, and FUN!

Together we will warm-up, learn skills, movement concepts, exercises, basic conditioning, and basic mobility. If that seems overwhelming, don’t worry –  it is absolutely not! One benefit of our program is that it can be scaled for anyone and everyone, regardless of experience or athletic ability. The only thing you’ll remember will be how much fun you have moving around and breaking a sweat!

After breaking down the movements and getting a fun workout in, we will slow it down by mobilizing & talking about recovery – giving you the opportunity to ask questions about your homework. Yes, you read correctly – there is some work that needs to be done during the week! You will receive weekly tips, at home workouts, and actionable tasks. Don’t worry, there are no thesis papers due! We are just asking for 15-20 minutes of your time, 3-4 times a week! Everything is working towards the goal of long-term success. We’re talking about a MAXIMUM commitment of 3 hours a week — YOU CAN DO THAT!
