Bluprint is a fun, safe, and effective way to introduce yourself to the theory of exercise with CrossFit.

We believe that to have the best chance to succeed, you need 12 classes under your belt. This being said, you’ll have unlimited access to Bluprint Coaches, Training Camp (Beginner’s CrossFit Class), Boot Camp, and Rowing – Not to mention a crazy cool community of go-getters who want to see you succeed!

Sound like fun? Well it’s a blast and this atmosphere will leave you ready to take on the Zombie Apocalypse, WW4, sports, kids, and even the most challenging thing of all…LIFE.

What: A 4-week fitness program geared at getting a head start on your health & fitness goals of 2017. The program is preceded with a 1-on-1 fitness assessment with one of Bluprint’s Certified Coaches.

When: Monday, November 28th through Friday, December 23rd

Who: This program is for anyone looking for a fun atmosphere, industry leading fitness coaching, and a culture that helps you reach your goals.
